Data processed and source
We process the information you provide through the form: name, email address, optional telephone number and enquiry text. Minimal technical security data is also generated, including a non-reversible hash of the IP address, user agent, consent timestamp and anti-abuse result.
Do not request clinical advice or include diagnoses, medical reports, prescriptions or other health data. Unsolicited health information will have restricted access and will be deleted under our data-minimisation procedure.
Purposes and legal bases
- Replying to your enquiry: your consent when submitting the form and, where applicable, steps requested before entering into a service relationship.
- Protecting the website and preventing abuse: our legitimate interest in security, preventing automated submissions and retaining proportionate technical evidence.
- Legal obligations: where applicable law or a competent authority requires information to be retained or disclosed.
Retention
Enquiries are retained for no longer than 365 days after receipt, unless earlier deletion is appropriate, legal claims require restricted retention, or the conversation develops into another relationship with its own retention period. Consent and security records are retained for the periods defined to demonstrate compliance and protect the service.
Recipients and processors
We do not sell or disclose personal data for commercial purposes. Hosting, email, maintenance, backup and security providers may access data as processors under appropriate safeguards. Information will only be disclosed to authorities where legally required.
When reCAPTCHA is enabled, Google processes technical information to assess submission risk. Google Analytics only loads after consent to aggregated analytics. OpenStreetMap loads only after consent to “Maps”. See the cookie and external services policy.
Analytics and approximate location
If you accept Analytics, Google Analytics provides aggregated reports about visits, traffic sources, device types and approximate geographic areas such as country or city. We use these reports to understand the website’s evolution and improve its content. They are not used to identify individual visitors, build medical profiles or personalise advertising.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing, by emailing admin@farmaciapascual.com. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Security
We use access controls, transport encryption, CSRF protection, rate limiting, anti-abuse measures, audit records and deletion periods. No system is infallible; these safeguards are reviewed and access is limited to those who need the information to handle the enquiry.
